Ben Clymer’s The Body Shop

Went there right after they opened on a Wednesday to get a quote on super minor damage. Was sent away with an appointment to show up the next day at 9am. Show up at 8:55am, then sit and wait for 25 minutes in an empty waiting room and never even got a quote. No thanks! So I went right down the street to a local body shop rated higher on Google reviews, got quoted immediately, and was actually treated like a paying customer. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like I am invisible I’d make an appointment with my cat!

Would give more than 5 stars if possible. The service is outstanding here, and shoutout to Craig for making the process so efficient and understandable. He explained and kept me in the loop the entire process, from explaining the initial damage entirely and daily updates. The work speaks for itself, my car came back better than when I brought it. I recommend this location for anyone who enjoys communicative service and a quick turnaround time. Thankyou!

Best body shop around. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys took care of me so good. Called and spoke with Elise, she booked me and appointment to get my car looked at and repaired. She was incredibly kind and showed so much enthusiasm that I would be taken care of the correct way. When I got there AJ also came and greeted me, we went out to get my car looked at. Some one had crashed into my rear end, they got me in and out in no time. Super easy to make appointment and even easier when you get there. Elise made my day with her great smile and incredibly caring attitude. They gave me the confidence that my car would be fixed and repaired so good that you would not even be able to tell it was in an accident. I love this body shop, every one was friendly and instilled the confidence that I would be repaired and fixed in no time. Got a great quote to fix my ride and when it was done, you couldn’t even tell there was prior damage. Thanks again Ben Clymer, I will refer anyone I know to you guys !!!!

Excellent Service and Impressive Work! I recently had my vehicle repaired at Ben Clymer's the body shop Riverside , and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my first contact with Elise at the front desk she was courteous and very helpful in arranging for me to bring my vehicle in. Alex my Estimator did a great job explaining the process and the work that needs to be done on my vehicle. I was very impressed with getting text messages throughout the process of the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks brand new! The paint match and bodywork were amazing. What’s even more impressive is you get lifetime warranty on anything that is fixed on your vehicle! Henry the Manager did my walk through when I picked up my vehicle and he was very nice and helpful he even gave me a complimentary brake light change Thanks Henry! I Highly recommend this shop or any of the Ben Clymer's location across the IE to anyone needing reliable and high-quality auto body repairs. They truly went above and beyond!
